Are you ready to dive deep into the transformative practices of Yoga? This Hatha / Vinyasa 200 hour teacher training curriculum is carefully crafted and lead by the experienced team of Lars Mathiesen and Nick Hu. Whether you’re looking to kickstart your teaching career, refine your skills, or just embark on a personal journey of self-discovery, then please continue reading.
Both Lars and Nick have a background in vinyasa flow and alignment based yoga—the combination is synergistic. You will slow down with hatha yoga and go into details learning the use of various props and also teach a dynamic vinyasa flow with precision. The anatomy portion of the training is taught using a unique experiential form of learning. You’ll learn how to intelligently sequence classes for both your students and for yourself. And it’s not all about the physical—our approach to philosophy means taking a wide lens to the big ideas and history of yoga before zooming into the details of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras. Â
