100H Hot Yoga Teacher Training with Beth

This Teacher Training is a unique, dynamic, powerful and rewarding experience. You will deepen your knowledge of all that is yoga, especially the 26&2  series. The program is led by

experienced, senior teachers covering a wide range of topics. We want to equip you with

the tools to share the joy of yoga with others and to deepen your connection to yourself.


What to expect ?

· In detail study of the 26 poses and any necessary modifications

. Learn to confidently teach a 60 or 90m 26/2 class

. Dialogue method (cueing, projection of the voice, attitude, posture)

. How to teach in hot room and manage the heat

. Hands on assists

. Injury prevention

. Practice Teaching / mock classes

· Yoga Philosophy

· Meditation in relation to the hot sequence

· Pranayama in relation to the hot sequence

· The History of Yoga and the history of hot yoga

· Anatomy

· Ethics

 

Expect to practice a hot yoga session in each of the training days, and for the rest of the day

we will look at all the topics mentioned above, heavily focusing on the posture labs of the

poses and practice teaching. Only the hot yoga practice session will be in a hot room, for

the rest of the day we will be at room temperature!

There will be a short written exam at the end of the training, as well as a teaching exam

where everyone will be required to teach at least a 15m portion of the class.


Outcome:

The intention behind our teacher training is to empower its participants with the knowledge

base, support and confidence to teach upon completion, and to be able to be ready for

anything that comes their way in a hot room.  Not just that!! We will teach you how to

teach, refining your speaking skills as well as developing sincere listening skills for a

meaningful connection to your students.

 

Our teacher training is interactive, experiential, and transformative. During our asana labs

we will explore the 26 postures and two breathing exercises as well as, assists, modifications

and alignment in great detail. We will cover major injuries and diverse populations so that

you feel ready to teach to a wide-range of students after the training.



Practical information :

Date :

April 2025: 5th, 6th, 12th, 13th, 26th, 27th

May 2025: 3rd,4th, 17th, 18th, 24th, 25th

On all days we will start at 09:30 and finish at 18:30

We will have a 1hr lunch break from 13:00-14:00 and mini breaks throughout the day.

Who is this training for :

This 100h Hot Yoga Teacher Training Course is designed for yogis with a solid hot yoga

practice, with a minimum of 50 hot yoga classes accomplished. This training will give you the

tools to teach comfortably in a Hot environment and to instruct the 26+2 sequence.


Requirements :

Good hot yoga practice (at least 50 classes)

Good level of English


Meet the Teacher :


Beth


In 2011, disenchanted by my fashion career, I decided to swap luxury rags for sweaty shorts to become a 26/2 hot yoga teacher. Throughout my years of teaching and practicing different styles of yoga, I realised the magnitude of what yoga truly is - a physical, spiritual and ethical practice. I couldn’t stop here!

 

I have since trained in Yoga therapy and taken over 2000 hours of different, yoga, mat pilates, and anatomy trainings. Throughout my years of teaching, I have come to realise the extent to which we all have different bodies and different life experiences and these create a unique life story for each of us. We all encounter obstacles, once we become aware of them, we can address them. That is only half of the journey: awareness, acceptance and peeling away the emotional, mental, physiological and physical layers, which hold us back is the next step. When teaching I bring all these aspects into consideration so I can empower and inspire each practitioner to find their own yogi within so after class students can allow yoga to permeate into everything they do.

 

Yoga, in all its aspects, is a path to balance, through yoga we learn who we are.

Skeletal differences, life experiences, injuries etc create a unique life story for each of us. I

think understanding this as a teacher is one of the most important aspects of being able to

be there for your students.

 

Yoga has stretched, healed and strengthened my body, belief system, mind and soul, in

unexpected and amazing ways. The practice of yoga is a harmonising self-study, which helps

to align one with inner and outer peace as well as the earth and all it’s inhabitants.
